Pravasana Holistic Health and Wellness is a space for healing, personal growth, and the development of a healthy lifestyle. Holistic health and wellness coaching is offered to assist in creating a happier, healthier lifestyle. Personal trainers are available to help achieve fitness goals as well as yoga and meditation to dive deeper. The foundation of Pravasana is that health is all encompassing, and the foundation is made in our daily decisions, including the food we ingest, exercise, and self-care. Pravasana thrives on encouraging each individual to reach their optimal level of health in the body, the mind, and spirit.
Amber is set out to inspire and educate individuals on the importance of health and wellness, to be the support and encouragement to achieving goals. Amber has been interested in health and fitness from a young age. Continuously educating herself in mind-body health and movement. She is experienced in Martial Arts, Kickboxing, certified yoga instructor, NASM personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, Youth Fitness, and certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach through AFPA. She has also taken courses in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage and Trauma Outreach.
