Pravasana Holistic Health and Wellness is a space for healing, personal growth, and the development of a healthy lifestyle. Holistic health and wellness coaching is offered to assist in creating a happier, healthier lifestyle. Personal trainers are available to help achieve fitness goals as well as yoga and meditation for the mind, body and soul. The foundation of Pravasana is that health is all encompassing, the food we ingest to the exercises performed for the body and the mind. Pravasana thrives on encouraging each individual to reach their optimal level of health in the body, the mind and spirit.
Amber is set out to inspire and educate individuals on the importance of health and wellness, to be the support and encouragement to achieving goals. Amber has been interested in health and fitness from a young age. She has experience in martial arts, kickboxing and is a registered 500 hour yoga teacher, to continue her knowledge on body movement and health she received her personal training certification through NASM. Intrigued of how food affects the body, it can be a natural medicine or a poison, Amber went on to study holistic health and natural healing and obtained certification as a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach through the AFPA. She has also taken courses in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage and Trauma Outreach.
